What the Code review and quality skill does

The assistant can conduct a multi-axis review of a diff or pull request, including pasted inline diffs, covering correctness, readability, architecture, security, and performance. It is meant for use before merging any change, and comments are labeled by severity so authors can tell required fixes from optional ones.
