The short version: DowseAI is free to use, listings are free, we write them carefully but can get things wrong, and please don't misuse the site.
Using DowseAI
DowseAI is a directory of AI tools, MCP servers, Claude skills, models, workflows and news. You can browse it without an account. By using the site, or by signing in, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Accounts
- You sign in with Google or GitHub. Keep that account secure: anything submitted while you're signed in counts as yours.
- One person per account. Don't sign in as someone else or submit on behalf of a company you don't represent while claiming to.
- We may suspend an account that sends spam, misleading submissions or abuse.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@dowseai.com.
Submitting a tool
- Listing is free, and placement in rankings can't be bought.
- Submitting doesn't guarantee a listing. We decide what is listed, using the checks in how DowseAI builds listings.
- We write each listing from the tool's own website, not from the description you send, and we may edit or remove it later.
- Only submit tools that are real, working products. Don't submit anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or adult.
Listings and accuracy
We build listings from each tool's own pages and date every check, but tools change and we can make mistakes. Listings are information, not advice or an endorsement. Check the tool's official site before you rely on a price, feature or term. If something is wrong, use "Report an error" on its page.
Other websites
DowseAI links to the tools and sources it lists. Those sites are run by others, with their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them. Sponsored placements, when they exist, are always labelled.
Our content
The listings, write-ups and design of DowseAI are ours. You may quote and link to them with credit. Don't copy the directory in bulk or scrape it in a way that burdens the site. Tool names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.
Newsletter
The Dowse of AI is sent only if you ask for it, and every email will have an unsubscribe link.
No warranty
DowseAI is provided as it is, free of charge. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the site or the tools it lists. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. The terms you accepted are recorded with your account.
