What the PayPal MCP server does
Its invoice tools cover creating, sending, reminding, cancelling and deleting invoices, recording payments and refunds against them, and managing recurring invoice series. Other tools retrieve and create orders, process refunds, view and accept disputes, track shipments, and manage products and subscriptions. A merchant insights tool retrieves business metrics and analytics.
