What the Product launch skill does

If a user asks for help planning a product launch, a feature announcement, or a release strategy, the assistant can apply this skill to structure that planning. The guidance treats a launch as a sequence of phases, includes deciding on a scope such as SLC (Simple, Lovable, Complete), and points out that a launch keeps going after the announcement through adoption and retention efforts.
