What the Idea refine skill does

The assistant can use this skill to refine raw ideas through structured divergent and convergent thinking. It is meant for cases where an idea is still vague, assumptions need stress-testing before a plan is committed, or options should be widened before choosing one. The skill can also produce a short markdown one-pager as a concrete output.

What it covers

Restating an idea as a How Might We problem statement and asking sharpening questions
Generating 5-8 idea variations using defined lenses
Surfacing hidden assumptions and what could kill an idea
