What the Planning and task breakdown skill does

The assistant splits work into small, checkable tasks, each with explicit acceptance criteria, and sequences them so foundational pieces come first. It suits situations where a specification or well-defined requirements exist and implementable tasks are needed, and it writes the resulting plan to a document at tasks/plan.md.

Plan mode: read-only analysis of spec and codebase before writing code
Map dependency graph and order tasks bottom-up
Checkpoints between groups of tasks
