What the Planning with files skill does

Intended for research or jobs requiring five or more tool calls. Lifecycle hooks may inject chosen project planning context, and a gated option, when enabled, may request continuation provided the host supports it. It can also secure the active task plan via a SHA-256 attestation lock.
