What the I have ADHD skill does
When invoked, the assistant opens each reply with an action the reader can take, numbers multi-step work, and restates the current state across turns so the reader does not need to remember it. It also keeps groups short, gives rough estimates in concrete units, and states cause and fix without preamble or closing pleasantries. The skill stays active until the user says "stop adhd mode."
When Claude uses it: Invoked with /i-have-adhd and stays on until the reader says "stop adhd mode".

- Suppresses tangents and offers them separately
